TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2022
A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking and the balance, together with the £250/€250 security deposit, should be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The amount should be paid in full, together with the security deposit if the reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival.
We aim to make your holiday at Les Vachers as enjoyable as possible. If you have any special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to provide them.
Please note that although we provide bed linen, towels are not supplied. Please also remember to bring POOL TOWELS.
We are afraid that we cannot accept any pets.
The security deposit of £250/€250 against damage is payable with the final amount and this will be returned within 7 days of departure.
At the end of each tenancy, a cleaning charge of £35/€40 will be deducted from the deposit. If however, the property requires considerable extra heavy cleaning then we reserve the right to increase this amount.
The property will be available after 5.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure.
Insurance cover is obtainable against financial losses incurred through having to cancel a holiday and visitors are advised to consult a reputable insurance company.
